IceMen Insights Podcast #412:
Interview with Bridget McDonald

Next Episode Airs Wed. March 9 or 16
(Podcast Online Thu. March 10 or 17)

We’ve got another special edition of “IceMen Insights” featuring IceMen Director of Marketing and Game Day Operations Bridget McDonald!

Derick and I first talk with Bridget about some of the big IceMen home game promotions that are on tap for the remainder of the season – from Pink the Rink and green ice to “baby races” and the home finale, Bridget gives us an inside scoop.

We also spend some time waxing nostalgic about the early days of the IceMen – the rivalry with the Chi-Town Shooters and the antics of Darren Seid, Clay Lewis attacking a linesman during a brawl, “the Dragons,” hosting the AAHL All-Star Game, and (of course) Davidson Cup Championship memories.

Plus: Derick channels Fic, chemistry not involving meth, Puke Friday, IceMen April Fools pranks (including an “official” prank the IceMen organization wanted to do involving the Komets), and Stephen Rickard in a diaper!
